About us

40+ years of experience. Built into PIMS.

PIMS brings more than four decades of International Medical Corps’ frontline experience into the tools teams use every day. Led by the Health Systems and Applications unit and shaped by collaboration across all units, it combines expertise in clinical care, pharmacy, supply chains, operations, finance, and technology with the practical knowledge of the people doing the work.

The team

Built with partners. Improved through their feedback.

Our teams work directly with users across the countries we serve—in clinics, pharmacies, and warehouses—seeing firsthand how care is delivered, stock is managed, and daily challenges are overcome. We design with the people who use PIMS, grounding decisions in their experience and the conditions they work in.

That collaboration continues through implementation and beyond. Our teams hold regular sessions with partners to understand challenges, follow up on reported issues and gather feedback from daily use. Alongside work on the ground, these conversations help us refine PIMS around real operational needs and keep partners informed as improvements take shape.
